Who we are

Notio Living A/S is part of Dorel Home Furnishings Group.
[Dorel Home Furnishings] (collectively, "Dorel Home", "we" or "us") takes your privacy extremely seriously. We aim to process personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent way, specifically for the purposes for which it was collected, in and adequate and limited way, for as long as it is necessary and promoting security measures to keep the personal data accurate, up to date and safe.
Dorel Home, is a company (within the group Dorel Industries Inc.) specialized in delivering a wide variety of ready to assemble furniture for home and office use, headquartered at 410 East First Street South, Wright City, Missouri 63390, USA. These guidelines have been prepared from the EU Data Protection Regulation, which takes effect in Denmark from 25th May 2018, as well as the new Danish Data Protection Act.

This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices associated with offline activities or the collection of information other than through the Site.

Notio Living A/S mainly deals with General Information, such as name, address, etc.

b) to give customers product support - after sales care and / or facilitate returns where relevant

d) to contact product owners in response to product recalls,

3. Children

Notio Living A/S only sells products B2B. However, we do collect personal information of the end-consumers from our customers, as we in some cases deliver the products directly to the end-consumer on behalf of our customers. In this connection we may share your personal information such as name and address to our trusted couriers.

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country.
Specifically, some of our Site servers are located in the United States, and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in various countries.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

o Right to erasure / deletion: You may request us to erase/ delete your information, for instance, if the information is unlawfully processed, or if you have withdrawn your consent.
o The right to object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information;
 Right to object, processing of personal data based in our legitimate interests, for instance regarding direct marketing purposes.
 Right to restrict/ limitation of data processing: You may request us to restrict / limit the processing of your information, if
 (i) the information is inaccurate,
 (ii) the processing is unlawful,
 (iii) you need us to retain the information after the retention period for a legal claim, or
 (iv) you have objected to the processing and a verification of our legitimate interests is pending

How to make a request

In order for us to protect personal data in our responsibility we are required to confirm the identity of the owner of the personal data.
On receiving a right request, we will contact you, acknowledging your request and ask you to provide us with information that enable us to confirm your identity as the owner of the personal data in order to comply with your request. This may be confirmation on something we know about you or something we know you have, given our relationship.

11. Changes and Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.
